For the purpose of these terms of use, references to "you", "user" shall mean the end user accessing the Move App, Website, its contents and using the “Services” offered through the Move App, Website. This includes information such as access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and third-party sites or service you were using before interacting with our services. In some cases, we collect this information through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers. Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device; they are designed to store basic information and to help websites and apps recognize your browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your app/browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your app/browser and may be accessed every time you use the Move app. You should consult your settings to modify your cookie settings. To optimize your usage of the Move app we may receive information about the device you use to access our services, including the hardware model, device IP address, operating system and version, preferred language and mobile network information. Move requires user profile information in order to provide its services, and retains such information for as long you maintain your Move account.

Once such information is no longer necessary to provide our services, enable support services, enhance the user experience or other operational purposes, we take steps to prevent access to or use of such information for any purpose other than compliance with these requirements or for purposes of safety, security and fraud prevention and detection.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Settings tab in the Move app. Following such request, we delete the information that is not required to retain. We may also retain certain information if necessary for legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing users' safety and security. For example, if we shut down a user's account because of unsafe behavior or security incidents, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Move account in the future.

Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time the Move app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the Move app seeks before you first use the app, and your use of the app constitutes your consent.

Move might send you marketing push notifications like referral programs and news. You may enable/disable these marketing notifications at any time through the Settings menu in the Move app. Please note that if you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as information about your account.


Data Security

We are committed to protecting the data of our Move community. Even though we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no security measures can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data.

Children’s Privacy

Move is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we find out that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

Updates To This Policy

We may occasionally update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you of the changes through the Move app or through others means, such as email. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our services after such notice, you consent to our updates to this policy.We encourage you to periodically review this policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
